I2T2 Terms and Conditions

To confirm your registration, payment is required. Discounted rates apply exclusively to payments received by the specified deadlines. Payments are accepted by major credit card or PayPal only. Registered participants who are unable to attend will receive all materials included with their registration fee. Please note that individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any Symposium events.

*No refunds or cancellations, name changes only. Substitutions for registrants will be accepted through May 12, 2025. To provide a substitute, email info@i2t2symposium.org with the details.

In the event that the International In-Situ Thermal Treatment (i2t2) Symposium Society must cancel the Symposium due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control—such as acts of God, war, government emergency, labour strikes, or unavailability of the event venue—i2t2 will refund the attendee’s registration fee, minus a portion of the event costs incurred by i2t2. This refund will constitute the attendee’s sole remedy, and i2t2’s exclusive liability, in case of cancellation under such circumstances. Please note that i2t2 Symposium will not be responsible for reimbursing travel or accommodation expenses incurred by individual attendees.
