Call for Abstracts

“the goal of the symposium is to share knowledge and learnings on in-situ thermal remediation and recovery technologies that will enable the Delegates to have an informed and unbiased understanding of how these processes might be useful tools in their industry”

At the i2t2 Symposium you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and insights on in-situ recovery technologies and in-situ thermal remediation processes. Many of the technologies and processes used in petroleum recovery and environmental remediation have similar challenges. This symposium will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest advances in these two areas and to share research outcomes and practical experience. Lowering costs, reducing environmental impacts, and improving project sustainability will be major themes of the symposium.

We’re excited to announce an expansion of i2t2 to include advancements and applications of geothermal energy technologies.  We are looking for contributions on geoenergy, geothermal to power and other relevant energy harvesting processes. This enhances our continuing focus on in-situ thermal remediation technologies and offers the opportunity to explore the intersection of transferable knowledge between these approaches as it relates to alternative and more sustainable remediation methods.

Submit your abstract(s), of no more than 350 words, to the Technical Chair for review as soon as possible.
